Better Together – HowNow and WorkflowMax Integration

With the emergence of cloud as a viable solution for storing and accessing information, accountants are starting to make the move to accessing software and data through the internet.

For some items of information, it makes perfect sense to store them in the cloud where they are easily accessed and shared and the speed does not cause an issue.

CRM and Practice Management are software solutions which are readily available as cloud applications and we have seen a number of firms move toward these products, in particular WorkflowMax.

HowNow now has an API which links directly into WorkflowMax, allowing you to update your contact database in real time scheduled or ‘as needed’ refreshes, just as you would from MYOB, APS or any other SQL database.

We have been working on this connection for some months and have now become a listed connector inside WorkflowMax – this means setting up your new connection is easy, and you only need to deal with our support team to get the connection enabled.
