We did it a while back. It was embarrassing.

“Hello, Anonymous & Associates. Can I help you?” mumbled like a grumpy 16-year-old and with absolutely no vocal indication towards a willingness to help is a common one.

“Hello, Smart Accounting Services, please hold.” Another big one.

Come on guys, shake it up.

“Well hello there, this is Katy from Cool Beans Accounting. What can I do for you on my favourite morning of the week?”
